Organic wine that we make with Tempranillo and Garnacha, two varieties that complement each other perfectly and give life to a balanced wine, with body and freshness and a strong personality. It comes from some plots of land in the heart of the Penedès. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Once in the winery, the destemmed grapes are kept cold at a temperature below 7°C and are pressed, quickly separating the must by means of bleeding. It ferments in stainless steel tanks for two weeks at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromas of the variety. Malolactic fermentation is not provoked to preserve its freshness.
