Organic wine made exclusively with Garnacha Tinta from vines found north of Vilafranca del Penedès, in the Foix river basin.
Manual harvest, with a selection of grapes according to the ideal ripening of each cluster. Destemming and macerated for 48 hours at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic components of the grape. Alcoholic fermentation with the skins takes place after a partial bleeding of the wine and for more than two weeks at a controlled temperature below 25ºC. It is transferred in a controlled way and undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften its acidity.
