  • Intense ruby colour with bright garnet hues.
  • It has an elegant aromatic complexity in which hints of red fruit and touches of plum predominate, with a subtle citrus background.
  • In the mouth, it is voluminous and unctuous, with silky tannins that fuse on the palate. It is fresh and fruity and leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste that is reminiscent of red fruit.
Elaboration

Organic wine made exclusively with Garnacha Tinta from vines found north of Vilafranca del Penedès, in the Foix river basin.

Manual harvest, with a selection of grapes according to the ideal ripening of each cluster. Destemming and macerated for 48 hours at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic components of the grape. Alcoholic fermentation with the skins takes place after a partial bleeding of the wine and for more than two weeks at a controlled temperature below 25ºC. It is transferred in a controlled way and undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften its acidity.

The perfect balance between its structure, acidity and fruit makes this wine harmonise well with all types of cuisines: Mediterranean, oriental, mild or spicy...
