Tribute to the Mediterranean spirit
Wine made in equal parts with Muscat de Frontignan and Sauvignon Blanc varieties grown in the highest vineyards of the property. We harvest the Muscat during the second half of August and the Sauvignon Blanc at the beginning of September.
After an initial selection on the vines, the grapes are transferred to the winery where they are immediately destemmed, cooled and pressed. The must from the first pressing is decanted in a tank for 24 hours, cleaned and transferred to another stainless-steel tank. In this second tank, alcoholic fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of around 18oC, to preserve all the personality and character of the grape.
