Pale yellow colour with luminous hues. Fine and integrated bubble.
It is surprisingly rich in aroma. The aromas of white fruit and citrus combine with hints of ageing (roasted and dried fruits).
In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. With hints of mineral and pastry notes. Tasty and elegant.
Manual harvesting in crates. Controlled alcoholic fermentation to preserve the maximum expression of the grape and malolactic fermentation is avoided to preserve the varietal essence of the grape. Minimum ageing of 15 months with no added sugars.
It is a versatile and gastronomic Cava, and can accompany rice, fish and white meats.
