  • Golden yellow colour with slight reddish tones on the rim. Persistent bubble with a marked varietal character, which is appreciated in its aromatic expression.
  • On the nose it is complex and elegant, showing notes of ripe white fruit, stone fruit (cherry), against soft citric background, and fresh pastry, yeast and toasted hints can also be appreciated.
  • Tasty and well-structured on the palate, unctuous and pleasant. Its effervescence gives it great freshness and a complex and persistent finish.
Elaboration

This is not just any cava; it is a monovarietal Pinot Noir, selected from plots in the Alt Penedès region and designed to become an elegant and highly complex Blanc de Noirs.

It is harvested manually in crates; it ferments in a controlled way to preserve the maximum expression of the grape and malolactic fermentation is avoided to preserve the varietal essence of the grape. No added sugars.

Pairing
It is a Cava to be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif, which also goes well with all kinds of products and dishes as it is a versatile and highly gastronomic product.
